A Radiation Protection Checklist

Measures you can take to protect yourself and your family. Starting immediately, anyone can start a basic radio-protective program at minimal cost, as follows. Due to bio-concentration, eating lower on the food chain is recommended.

  • Vegan preferred over vegetarian
  • Vegetarian preferred over carnivorous
  • Eating herbivores preferred over eating higer predators

Radio-Protective Groceries and Supplements

These items are readily obtained at your local supermarket or pharmacy. Lower on the food chain is better.

Mineral-Rich Foods

  • Organic Meats (Iron, Calcium, Phosphorus, Zinc, Selenium) Herbivores preferred
  • Seafood * (Iodide, Copper, Selenium, Zinc, Phosphorus, Iron) Lower predators preferred. The Pacific Ocean is becoming increasingly contaminated over time, so avoid when possible.
  • Beans & Legumes (Molybdenum, Potassium, Manganese, Phosphorus, Copper)
  • Fresh Vegetables (Calcium, Potassium, Magnesium)
  • Fruits (Potassium)
  • Dairy * (Phosphorus, Potassium, Calcium, Molybdenum) Sources vary greatly
  • Nuts (Selenium, Chromium)
  • Whole Grains (Molybdenum, Manganese, Magnesium, Copper, Phosphorus, Chromium)

Sea Vegetables

Arame, Dulse, Kombu, Nori, Sea Palm, Wakame, Kelp, Spirulina, Chlorella (Note: Now that radioactive debris is spreading throughout the Pacific Ocean, it may be wise to allow sea vegetables to age several months).

Bee Products

Bee Pollen, Propolis, Royal Jelly, Raw Honey

Fermented Foods

Saurkraut,  Miso, Kim Chee, Natto, Tempeh

Chlorophyll Foods
